Why carpet cleaning software is so hard to find
Generic field-service tools and CRMs assume a job is one unit with one price and one visit. Carpet cleaning breaks that assumption in four places, and that is why most owners give up and go back to a notebook.

Connecting a WhatsApp bot to the same database

- Leaving the courier out of the rollout. If drivers keep working from paper, the data is stale by lunchtime and everyone stops trusting the system.
- Not writing down your own pricing rules. Rates by carpet type, minimum area, urgent-service rules and district conditions have to be defined before they can be configured.

- Write your rules. Services, carpet types, rate logic, delivery terms, branch list.
- Load the customer base. Phone numbers and addresses from the notebook, deduplicated.
